What you will do

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for development
• Lead client demos, working sessions, and workshops to align on solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sprint work for other BA/BPCs on the team
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
• Manage SDLC-related ceremonies and maintain knowledge articles

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites beyond ITSM and HRSD
• Ability to design and discuss integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Proven experience in business process design and technical documentation

Nice to have

• Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Prior experience in software development or system architecture
