What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Patient Support Specialists to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and meet structured operational targets.
  • Manage daily queues, backlogs, and workflows to optimize team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement process improvements.
  • Resolve complex escalations using professional discretion and business expertise.
  • Foster a cohesive and positive team dynamic in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work fully onsite in Chesterfield, MO.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, call centers, healthcare, or pharmacy.
  • Proven ability to provide critical, on-time feedback and coaching.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
