What you will do

• Visit clients on-site across Georgia to assist members with their health plans.
• Act as the primary in-person point of contact for client groups and members.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with HR departments and key stakeholders at client sites.
• Provide traditional member care support via phone, web chat, and email.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Claims, and Provider teams to resolve member issues.
• Educate members on best practices for utilizing their benefits effectively.
