Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX (100% onsite)
Compensation: $20.00–$24.00/hour + monthly bonus program

What you will do
- Educate members on surgery offerings and benefit coverage.
- Coordinate appointments, travel, and venue selection for members.
- Assist members with provider selection based on their specific needs.
- Resolve member inquiries and document issues for internal routing.
- Handle sensitive information while ensuring strict PHI compliance.
Requirements
- Must be based in Dallas, TX and able to work 100% onsite.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, service centers, or sales enablement.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
