What you will do

• Manage workforce planning, including loading actuals and resolving discrepancies with HR and Corporate data.
• Execute monthly close entries, adjustments, and balance sheet reconciliations for G&A functions.
• Run and maintain G&A allocation models and support the Facilities team with lease management.
• Prepare QBR materials, support SOX controls, and conduct ad hoc financial analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally to streamline financial workflows and advance process automation.
• Load and review G&A actuals and forecasts within Oracle systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in Finance or FP&A.
• Must be local to North Reading, MA; no relocation provided.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills.
• Familiarity with close processes, accruals, and journal entries.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, EPM, or Power BI.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled financial tools.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA certification.
