What you will do

• Provide veterinary expertise to product managers to validate decisions and optimize clinic workflows.
• Lead cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Serve as the primary product contact for corporate veterinary groups and integration partners.
• Coordinate GTM activities, stakeholder communications, and launch readiness for new features.
• Track project timelines, manage dependencies, and identify risks to ensure successful execution.
• Maintain project documentation and internal resources to keep teams aligned.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing operations at a veterinary hospital or clinic.
• Strong understanding of veterinary clinic workflows and practice management systems.
• Experience leading projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship available).
