What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project management professionals through coaching and career planning.
• Partner with leadership to implement departmental strategies and ensure project delivery timelines are met.
• Monitor team performance metrics to assess productivity, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and training requirements across all project documentation.
• Lead departmental initiatives and process improvement efforts related to systems and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Costa Rica.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of six years of experience in telecommunications, SaaS, Clinical Trials, Healthcare IT, or pharmaceuticals.
• Six or more years of people leadership experience preferred, including managing teams of 15+ employees.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and scale high-performing teams.
• Experience working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 20% of the time.
