Project Manager

Location: Must be based in San José, Costa Rica. The role follows a hybrid work model with office attendance required four days a week.

What you will do

• Oversee the entire delivery and execution of projects, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
• Identify project dependencies and manage the cascading impacts of potential delays.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across different locations to produce high-quality work.
• Manage staff resourcing, bandwidth, utilization, and realization rates.
• Handle project estimation, planning, and profitability tracking.
• Collaborate with department leads and finance teams to align resources with project scopes.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing projects in a professional agency or consulting environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Proven ability to lead teams and facilitate client meetings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San José, Costa Rica office.
