What you will do

• Oversee the entire delivery and execution of projects, ensuring work is excellent, on time, and on budget.
• Identify dependencies and manage the cascading impacts of potential delays.
• Establish and lead collaborative, high-functioning cross-functional teams across different locations.
• Manage staff resourcing, including aggregate bandwidth, utilization, and realization rates.
• Handle project estimation, planning, and profitability in collaboration with finance and account teams.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress using project management tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in a professional agency or consulting environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Slack/MS Teams.
• Experience adapting methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Kanban) to specific project needs.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading teams and conducting client meetings.
• Location: Must be based in San José, Costa Rica
