Senior Project Manager

What you will do

• Oversee full lifecycle project delivery: execution, dependencies, and cascading impacts of delays.
• Lead people and cross-functional collaboration across locations; manage staff resourcing, bandwidth, utilization, realization, retention, and employee relations.
• Establish and manage project/program communication and process using existing tools and workflows.
• Own project estimation, planning, and profitability; build detailed project plans and partner with finance/account teams on scoping and resourcing strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in a professional environment (agency or consulting preferred).
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Slack/MS Teams.
• Experience adapting project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Kanban) to project needs.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience leading teams and client meetings.
