What you will do

• Monitor and resolve player reports, including sensitive and NSFW content.
• Report violative content to NCMEC.
• Utilize CRM and moderation tools to manage player interactions.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Live-Operations teams on policy implementation.
• Identify potential abuse vectors in new features and propose mitigation strategies.
• Interact directly with players to resolve reports and maintain community standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content moderation.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• College degree.
• Experience with CRM and moderation admin panels.
• Availability to work both day and night shifts.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment.
