What you will do

  • Monitor player reports, including extremely sensitive and NSFW content, and resolve cases.
  • Report violative content to NCMEC.
  • Use CRM, moderation systems, and admin panels to respond to player reports.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Live Operations on complex guideline violations and new Trust & Safety policies.
  • Identify abuse vectors in new features and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate directly with players through dedicated support channels.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of content moderation experience.
  • A college degree.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
  • Experience with CRMs, moderation systems, and admin panels.
  • Interest in mobile gaming and experience working in a fully remote environment.
  • Availability for both day and night shifts, with the ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
