What you will do
- Coordinate onboarding for patients, caregivers, and physicians, including consent acquisition and medical record collection.
- Maintain accurate patient pipeline data, deal stages, active lists, and follow-ups in CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Execute automated and manual outreach cadences while meeting established KPIs and SLAs.
- Provide operational insights to improve workflow governance and patient journey efficiency.
- Ensure communications and data handling comply with Brazil’s LGPD and internal standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, oncology support, or structured patient coordination.
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian healthcare system and clinical trial phases.
- High proficiency with CRM platforms, pipeline management, and structured data documentation.
- Native-level Brazilian Portuguese and professional-level English.
- Strong emotional intelligence, process discipline, accountability, and professionalism in sensitive oncology discussions.
