What you will do

• Manage mechanical inventory, including receiving, storing, and distributing parts and chemicals.
• Maintain accurate records of parts and supplies based on work orders and POs.
• Support FAA compliance within the parts room and oversee tool calibration and hazardous materials.
• Perform physical inventory counts and optimize parts room efficiency.
• Issue tools and parts to mechanics and handle warranty, RMA, and R&R processes.
• Operate a forklift and maintain an organized, service-oriented environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
• Experience in inventory, stockroom operations, or materials handling.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to comply with FAA regulations and safety requirements.
• Capacity to operate or learn to operate a forklift.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or industrial environments.
• Background in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or parts tracking databases.
• Experience supporting FAA-regulated environments.
