What you will do

• Lead and monitor the warehouse team in daily functions including receiving, binning, shipping, and inventory security.
• Ensure all material receiving complies with FAA regulations and internal quality standards.
• Manage tooling and equipment storage, calibration, and logistics to support maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with technical buyers and maintenance teams to resolve parts disruptions for AOG and scheduled maintenance.
• Perform cycle counts and manage inventory movements for both owned and consigned parts.
• Develop and oversee internal audits related to safety, material control, and hazardous materials handling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in aircraft materials requisitioning, receiving, and warehousing.
• Previous experience leading an airline warehouse operation.
• Must be able to pass a ten-year background check and obtain an airport security badge.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge in accordance with TSA requirements.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record.
• General understanding of FAA regulations including FAR part 121 operations.

Nice to have

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Purchasing and supply management professional certification.
• Experience with Trax software.
• Previous supply chain experience in the aviation sector.
