What you will do

  • Identify and qualify strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Execute a multi-channel outbound prospecting strategy to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage potential customers and secure meetings for Account Executives.
  • Manage and refine sequences in Outreach to maximize outreach efficiency.
  • Handle objections gracefully and maintain accurate activity logs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve outbound processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be able to commute to the Sydney office 3 days per week.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating sales role.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to meet or exceed daily activity minimums.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, including the responsible application of AI to improve efficiency.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt and think on your feet.
