What you will do
- Identify and qualify strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Execute a multi-channel outbound prospecting strategy to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage potential customers and secure meetings for Account Executives.
- Manage and refine sequences in Outreach to maximize outreach efficiency.
- Handle objections gracefully and maintain accurate activity logs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outbound processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be able to commute to the Sydney office 3 days per week.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating sales role.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to meet or exceed daily activity minimums.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, including the responsible application of AI to improve efficiency.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt and think on your feet.
