What you will do
- Achieve quarterly net new revenue targets through proactive sales and expansion efforts.
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline to support growth objectives.
- Develop deep commercial relationships to increase platform utilization and value for clients.
- Collaborate across departments including Success, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Marketing.
- Analyze customer product usage to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Coordinate technical resources to drive feature adoption and ensure seamless onboarding transitions.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of field sales experience selling technically integrated SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record in managing a sales pipeline and navigating complex, global organizations.
- Strong consultative selling skills with an emphasis on discovery and value-based conversations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex systems and data-driven insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Must be based in Sydney and comfortable with a hybrid work model.

- Experience selling to Growth or Marketing teams.
- Background in analytics, CRM, marketing automation, or data storage solutions.
