Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Achieve quarterly net new revenue targets through proactive sales and expansion efforts.
  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline to support growth objectives.
  • Develop deep commercial relationships to increase platform utilization and value for clients.
  • Collaborate across departments including Success, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Marketing.
  • Analyze customer product usage to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate technical resources to drive feature adoption and ensure seamless onboarding transitions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of field sales experience selling technically integrated SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing a sales pipeline and navigating complex, global organizations.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with an emphasis on discovery and value-based conversations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex systems and data-driven insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Must be based in Sydney and comfortable with a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to Growth or Marketing teams.
  • Background in analytics, CRM, marketing automation, or data storage solutions.
