Optical Sales Leader

Location: On-site in San Francisco, Bellevue, or New York.

Salary: $230,000 – $300,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute the optical channel strategy.
• Identify and secure high-signal optical accounts to establish brand credibility.
• Lead retailer relationships from initial introduction through launch and growth.
• Develop account prioritization and territory strategies.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage sales representatives as distribution scales.
• Build forecasting, reporting, and sales processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of optical, eyewear, luxury wholesale, or related channel sales experience.
• Deep understanding of the independent optical landscape.
• Proven ability to cultivate and grow strategic retail relationships.
• Experience opening new accounts and launching new products or brands.
• Strong commercial judgment and account prioritization skills.
• Experience recruiting and leading sales teams.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with influential independent optical retailers.
• Experience helping scale an emerging premium brand.
• Background in luxury, design-driven, or premium consumer products.
