What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across a targeted portfolio of rooftops.
- Conduct regular in-person sales visits to understand client needs and promote service offerings.
- Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
- Track sales activities and progress against targets using CRM software.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US and willing to travel locally for client meetings.
- 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client rapport.
- Self-motivated professional capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in automotive claims.
