What you will do

• Oversee daily bank operations including ACH, wires, deposit processing, and fraud research.
• Manage operational compliance, risk, and audit functions to ensure regulatory readiness.
• Develop and enhance operational processes, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide operational guidance to accounting and loan administration.
• Support strategic initiatives and manage vendor and client relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of community banking experience in a senior operations role.
• 5+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing operational functions.
• Advanced knowledge of bank operations, payment systems, and core banking platforms (FIS Horizon XE preferred).
• Strong expertise in compliance, risk management, and fraud prevention.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
