Location: Must be based in Plano, Texas or Atlanta, Georgia. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office per week, with availability for Saturday and holiday shifts.

What you will do
- Conduct end-to-end investigations into complex, high-impact risk cases including fraud and compliance threats.
- Make autonomous final decisions on sensitive accounts such as fund holds and account closures.
- Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure policy adherence and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Develop and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures for risk operations.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify systemic issues and advocate for process improvements.
- Act as the final point of escalation for complex customer conflicts via phone and email.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in risk operations within fintech, banking, or e-commerce.
- Expert knowledge of IDV, KYC/KYB, transaction fraud, and chargeback disputes.
- Proven ability to make autonomous, high-impact risk decisions under tight deadlines.
- Must be available to work 11:00-8:00 PM or 12:00-9:00 PM CST shifts.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in case management systems like Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field.
