What you will do

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide compliance and ethics programs across all business operations.
• Oversee compliance related to payments, AML/KYC, and financial regulations including PCI-DSS, NACHA, and OFAC.
• Serve as the primary liaison with banking partners, payment processors, and regulatory agencies.
• Identify and mitigate legal, operational, and financial risks in partnership with executive leadership.
• Lead enterprise compliance audits, regulatory investigations, and monitoring activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant business practices and scalable operational processes.

Requirements

• Must be a permanent resident of the United States
• 10+ years of progressive compliance, legal, or risk management leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing enterprise compliance programs.
• Extensive experience within payments, fintech, merchant acquiring, or banking environments.
• Deep expertise in payment network rules, transaction risk management, and financial regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to build and scale enterprise compliance programs from the ground up.

Nice to have

• Juris Doctor (JD), MBA, or other advanced degree.
• Professional certifications such as CRCM, CAMS, CIPP, or CIA.
• Experience leading compliance within a SaaS or payment-enabled technology organization.
