Location: Hybrid (New York City, NY) - 2 days a week in the Liberty St. office
Salary: $82,700 - $141,650 USD

What you will do
- Translate business needs into AI-driven insights and intelligent workflows for ELM products.
- Lead validation, review, and tuning of outputs from the LegalVIEW BillAnalyzer AI solution to improve accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with Engineering and UX/CX teams to prototype and validate GenAI/ML solutions (LLMs, RAG, NLP).
- Partner with Sales and SMEs to provide pre-sales demos and translate AI functionality into customer-facing narratives.
- Define and track success metrics for AI outputs to drive continuous improvement in agentic workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or Product Management.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML products, analytics, or product-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of applied AI/GenAI concepts including LLMs, RAG, and NLP.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or similar data tools.
- Must be able to work hybrid from the New York City office.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in legal billing, invoice review, or compliance domains.
- Previous exposure to enterprise-scale GenAI solutions.
