Salary: $82,700 - $141,650 USD

What you will do

• Translate business needs into AI-driven insights and intelligent workflows for ELM products.
• Lead validation, review, and tuning of outputs from the LegalVIEW BillAnalyzer AI solution to improve accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX/CX teams to prototype and validate GenAI/ML solutions (LLMs, RAG, NLP).
• Partner with Sales and SMEs to provide pre-sales demos and translate AI functionality into customer-facing narratives.
• Define and track success metrics for AI outputs to drive continuous improvement in agentic workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or Product Management.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML products, analytics, or product-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of applied AI/GenAI concepts including LLMs, RAG, and NLP.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or similar data tools.
• Must be able to work hybrid from the New York City office.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in legal billing, invoice review, or compliance domains.
• Previous exposure to enterprise-scale GenAI solutions.
