What you will do

• Build and execute a modern, AI-powered marketing strategy aligned to revenue growth.
• Drive pipeline generation through scalable, data-driven omni-channel programs.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
• Create customer marketing programs to increase retention, expansion, and product adoption.
• Lead product launches and translate technical capabilities into compelling business value.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate growth and improve win rates.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience.
• Proven success scaling marketing in high-growth SaaS environments using small teams and automation.
• Strong expertise in demand generation, revenue marketing, and pipeline ownership.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation to improve marketing performance.
• Analytical, resourceful, and execution-oriented with a bias toward action.
• Must be based in the United States.
