Salary: $18 – $25 per hour

What you will do
- Guide new customers through the implementation process via virtual onboarding sessions.
- Provide Level 1 technical support by troubleshooting issues via phone and email.
- Escalate complex technical cases to Level 2 support when necessary.
- Create and maintain user documentation, operational guides, and reference materials.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Sales teams to support retention and identify growth opportunities.
- Assist with customer inquiries and special projects across multiple company platforms.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bloomington, MN.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience or recent graduate status.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
