TL;DR

Help Desk / Level 1 Technical Support Specialist: Providing technical assistance and onboarding for customers with an accent on troubleshooting issues via phone and email. Focus on maintaining user documentation, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in Bloomington, MN (Onsite)

Salary: $18 – $25 per hour

What you will do

  • Guide new customers through the implementation process via virtual onboarding sessions.
  • Provide Level 1 technical support by troubleshooting issues via phone and email.
  • Escalate complex technical cases to Level 2 support when necessary.
  • Create and maintain user documentation, operational guides, and reference materials.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Sales teams to support retention and identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and special projects across multiple company platforms.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bloomington, MN.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience or recent graduate status.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
