What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve product issues for partners via email, phone, chat, and remote sessions.
- Research, analyze, and document findings to contribute to internal and external knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and escalate software defects to Engineering.
- Manage a support case queue and provide guidance and queue reviews for junior team members.
- Evaluate business data to identify opportunities for partners to optimize their operational strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (Remote - FL).
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers.
- Experience working in a technical service-oriented position.
- Basic understanding of IT, Professional Services, CRM, and ERP markets.
