TL;DR

Location: USA Remote - FL (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote options available depending on location)

What you will do

  • Diagnose and resolve product issues for partners via email, phone, chat, and remote sessions.
  • Research, analyze, and document findings to contribute to internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and escalate software defects to Engineering.
  • Manage a support case queue and provide guidance and queue reviews for junior team members.
  • Evaluate business data to identify opportunities for partners to optimize their operational strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (Remote - FL).
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision.

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers.
  • Experience working in a technical service-oriented position.
  • Basic understanding of IT, Professional Services, CRM, and ERP markets.
