What you will do
- Provide exceptional support to photographers and agents via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across 3D Home, Aryeo, and Listing Showcase.
- Document all customer interactions and troubleshooting steps accurately in the CRM.
- Stay current on product updates and clearly explain new features to customers.
- Identify and surface recurring bugs or trends to Product and Engineering teams.
- Maintain high productivity and quality standards in a metrics-driven environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 1+ years of customer support experience, with 6+ months in technical support preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions to users.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection for remote support and screen sharing.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
