What you will do

• Provide exceptional support to photographers and agents via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hirify.global 3D Home, Aryeo, and Listing Showcase.
• Document all customer interactions and troubleshooting steps accurately in the CRM.
• Stay current on product updates and clearly explain new features to customers.
• Identify and surface recurring bugs or trends to Product and Engineering teams.
• Maintain high productivity and quality standards in a metrics-driven environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 1+ years of customer support experience, with 6+ months in technical support preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions to users.
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection for remote support and screen sharing.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
