What you will do
- Field incoming client communications via phone, chat, and online portal.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to message delivery, content, and application connectivity.
- Configure and deploy custom applications to meet specific clinical workflow needs.
- Train end-users on phone, mobile, and web application usage.
- Manage user accounts and on-call schedules according to established standards.
- Collaborate with internal technical and integration teams on escalated issues.
Requirements
- Must be located within the United States
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, overnights, and weekends as required by shift assignments.
- Access to high-speed internet.
- Commitment to 100% attendance during the first 60 days of training.
