What you will do

• Own expansion and new business pipeline creation across the top 100 strategic accounts.
• Build the major account growth marketing motion from the ground up, testing and scaling high-impact plays.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align on account strategy and drive enterprise-wide relevance.
• Translate product positioning and customer insights into tailored campaigns that influence senior stakeholders.
• Oversee integrated account plays including field marketing, executive events, webinars, and custom content.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to shape CoLab's perception as a strategic AI partner within major engineering organizations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada
• 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a focus on enterprise ABM, demand generation, or strategic account growth.
• Proven track record of influencing pipeline targets for complex, high-ASP enterprise accounts.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to partner effectively with Sales and Customer Success leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and turn ambiguous opportunities into focused execution plans.
• Hands-on approach to building new motions before scaling with dedicated resources.
