What you will do

• Define and execute the holistic global marketing strategy to drive brand authority and enterprise growth.
• Build and manage a scalable demand engine with clear attribution from spend to ARR.
• Lead product marketing, messaging, and competitive differentiation for the platform.
• Scale and mentor a high-performing, multi-disciplinary marketing organization.
• Collaborate with C-level executives to align marketing with financial goals and sales efficiency.
• Identify and deploy AI-assisted technologies to optimize marketing operations and workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience with significant leadership in high-growth B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Must be based in the United States as this role does not offer visa sponsorship.
• Proven track record of managing strategic planning and driving pipeline execution.
• Deep understanding of complex enterprise buyer journeys and Fortune 2000 procurement cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI and advanced data solutions into marketing operations.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote-first, multi-disciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in climate tech, sustainability, or the utilities sector.
• Background in VC/PE-backed corporate environments during scaling phases.
