What you will do

  • Own the strategy for hirify.global-hosted executive dinners, workshops, and Tier 1 gatherings.
  • Partner with strategic SDRs to build and execute end-to-end outbound plays for target accounts.
  • Leverage investor introductions to multithread and accelerate large enterprise deals.
  • Carry a shared penetration and revenue goal alongside the enterprise sales team.
  • Measure program ROI through deal creation, acceleration, and customer upsell metrics.
  • Collaborate with Ops and Engineering to automate low-value tasks while maintaining high-stakes human-in-the-loop processes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from New York or San Francisco.
  • Proven experience as an ABM or field marketing operator in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep GTM fluency with the ability to speak the language of sales, SDRs, and RevOps.
  • Strong judgment and comfort with ambiguity in high-touch account strategies.
  • Builder DNA with a track record of creating structure and repeatable plays from 0 to 1.
  • Bias for results with a focus on touchpoints, meetings, and revenue.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the modern GTM stack including hirify.global, Salesforce, and outbound platforms.
  • Existing network that can be activated for warm introductions into target accounts.
