What you will do

• Define project scope and align resources across sales, marketing, product development, and manufacturing.
• Lead Go See Act workshops for PD, Pilot, and Pre-Production builds.
• Develop heavy structure concepts for NPI and CPI with a focus on Design for Manufacturing.
• Oversee project progress against PQVC objectives and resolve technical or project-related issues.
• Coordinate resources across business units and value chains.
• Direct project staffing and mentor team members to ensure technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum is required.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Decatur, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Strong project management skills for high-risk, high-cost projects.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through evidence-based reasoning and technical expertise.
• Experience in product design, development, or manufacturing environments.
