Salary: $160,000 - $170,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage the entire sales cycle for a dedicated territory within the federal and public sector.
• Engage prospects to understand their data initiatives and demonstrate the value of the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and sales engineering teams.
• Develop vision matches with prospects and cultivate internal champions to drive adoption.
• Articulate competitive positioning effectively to win complex enterprise deals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software field sales.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises.
• Strong consultative selling philosophy and ability to align diverse stakeholder groups.
• Comfortable with 30-50% travel requirements.
• Experience in data, big data, analytics, data science, or BI/DW.
