• Own attribution for the most complex, high-stakes parts of the crypto ecosystem.
• Design and lead AI and automation initiatives to scale attribution workflows across the team.
• Shape the global collection strategy for blockchain data.
• Mentor analysts to raise the team's overall tradecraft and investigative standards.
• Contribute actionable insights that directly feed into products and customer workflows.
• Obtain and maintain professional cryptocurrency certifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of strong analytic or investigative experience leading complex problems end-to-end.
• Proven track record of initiative and setting the agenda for investigative work.
• AI-forward mindset with a focus on building automation to scale output.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong research instincts and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Comfort working with large datasets.
