What you will do

• Design and evolve the enterprise AI platform powering products across hirify.global.
• Develop scalable AI services for Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector search.
• Build orchestration layers to transform enterprise data into reusable AI capabilities.
• Create platform components for prompt management, AI gateways, and evaluation services.
• Build APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling to enable self-service AI development across teams.
• Establish engineering best practices for Responsible AI, deployment, and production observability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building AI/ML platforms, Generative AI applications, or production machine learning systems.
• Proven experience with LLMs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and RAG solutions.
• Strong backend proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in London or able to work in a hybrid setup in London.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, or CrewAI frameworks.
• Knowledge of vector databases, semantic retrieval, or knowledge graphs.
• Experience with AI observability tools such as Arize Phoenix, Langfuse, or Langsmith.
• History of building internal AI platforms used by multiple engineering teams.
