What you will do

• Provide architectural direction for AI and automation engagements across discovery, design, and delivery phases.
• Design secure, scalable, and governed AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.
• Architect multi-model and agentic AI solutions integrated with enterprise data, APIs, and business workflows.
• Lead client workshops to identify use cases, assess feasibility, and define solution requirements.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping, estimation, and technical input for proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape internal AI products, accelerators, and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London or Manchester, UK.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with the ability to translate complex AI choices into business implications.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience with multi-model architectures, agentic AI, prompt design, and RAG implementation.
• Deep understanding of AI governance, security, data protection, and risk management frameworks.
• Ability to design secure integrations across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and enterprise data platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, red-teaming, LLMOps, or GenAIOps.
• Familiarity with ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, or EU AI Act.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Azure AI or architecture.
