What you will do

• Lead and manage two AI Ops Engineers, owning their delivery and professional development.
• Build and ship AI agents and automations that measurably improve internal and customer-facing operational efficiency.
• Manage and prioritize AI project requests across multiple global teams using a structured framework.
• Maintain and scale the AI tooling stack to support over 2,500 employees.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies to separate hype from practical business value.
• Consult with Software Engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building automations using scripting, workflow tools, or AI-assisted development.
• Proven experience building agents with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, MCP, Google ADK, or similar.
• Background in enterprise tooling, including rapid prototyping tools (Vercel, Railway) or identity automation (Entra).
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers and owning a team's delivery.
• Must be based within UTC -1 to UTC +3 time zones.
