What you will do

• Architect and iterate a toolchain fusing traditional automation (e.g., n8n) with spec-driven design and agentic working.
• Drive the evolution of IT operations toward an all-encompassing as-code infrastructure model.
• Mentor and level up the IT engineering team and other departments to foster a strong engineering culture.
• Establish self-sustaining cultural practices to scale the AI platform across the entire organization.
• Champion shared automation and AI platforms to break down operational silos.

Requirements

• Experience operating at a Staff or Principal Engineer level within a cloud-native hypergrowth SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of AI-native adoption, moving workflows from prompts to production-grade agents.
• Deep technical mastery of infrastructure-as-code, modern CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions), and workflow orchestration (e.g., n8n, Zapier).
• Strong systems thinking and hands-on coding skills, ideally within a platform or SRE team.
• Ability to design hybrid architectures that balance agentic flexibility with financial efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
