What you will do

• Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems for a finance super app.
• Integrate LLMs with internal data, APIs, knowledge bases, and business systems.
• Apply AI solutions across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, and payments.
• Design evaluation and monitoring frameworks to ensure AI outputs are safe and reliable.
• Prototype and productionize AI-native systems to replace manual processes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve speed and quality across business workflows.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, or workflow automation tools.
• Ability to connect AI systems with real product, data, and operational workflows.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, and privacy failure modes.
• Must be based in the UK to support a hybrid work schedule in the London office.
• Strong English communication skills are required.

• Experience in fintech, insurance, support automation, CRM, or operations automation.
