What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy for experiences connecting planning, source code management, and AI-assisted development.
• Shape spec-driven development workflows to streamline the transition from requirements to code.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build human-in-the-loop and autonomous development experiences.
• Partner on demos and prototypes for spec-driven planning and autonomous development modes.
• Utilize customer insights and product data to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Coordinate across Plan, Source Code Management, and AI product areas to reduce friction in the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the US.
• Experience as a product manager in developer tools, DevOps, source code management, or AI-native products.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
• Technical depth sufficient to understand developer workflows and engineering tradeoffs.
• Experience building with AI tools or agents beyond basic prompting.
• Strong communication skills for an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
