What you will do

• Lead and scale a multi-faceted engineering team building core agentic service platform infrastructure used by every service.
• Own and drive the multi-year technical strategy and organizational roadmap for a cross-cutting domain within the platform.
• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of complex multi-quarter/multi-year initiatives spanning multiple teams and product areas.
• Coach and develop engineers and managers, including senior/staff ICs and line managers, through career growth and performance management.
• Align and influence product and engineering leadership across partner organizations to support long-term platform success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems, service frameworks, or platform infrastructure.
• 4+ years of engineering management experience leading technical teams.
• Strong technical judgment in operating and evolving large-scale distributed systems and understanding customer interactions across platform components.
• Proven success hiring and retaining top talent, plus experience coaching/mentoring senior/staff ICs and guiding line managers.
• Experience building and running cloud platforms, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts in the SaaS space.
