Senior Manager, Software Engineering (AI)

Location: Remote - US

Base pay range: $225,000–$265,000 USD per year, plus equity and potential annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead a high-performing hirify.globalering team focused on customer activation, engagement, and expansion across Flights and Partner Hub.
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for complex hirify.globalering projects.
• Introduce AI-driven practices, intelligent automation, and agile workflows to improve quality, productivity, and delivery speed.
• Build stronger experimentation and continuous-improvement practices across product development.
• Partner with product, data, and design to improve time-to-value, product stickiness, and adoption.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable priorities for business stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hirify.globalering experience, including at least 5 years in hirify.globalering management.
• Experience leading hirify.globalering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Exceptional leadership, decisive problem-solving, and a results-driven approach.
• Technical foundation in Node, Ruby on Rails, React, AWS, Lambda, Terraform, and/or Datadog.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, hirify.globalering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; a Master’s degree is preferred.
