What you will do

• Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop a team of Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Oversee complex migrations from legacy platforms such as Oracle, Teradata, Netezza, and SQL Server to Snowflake.
• Act as the escalation point for customer delivery issues and collaborate with customers, system integrators, and sales teams.
• Drive the design and development of AI-powered migration tools, including code translation, developer copilots, and semantic validation.
• Translate customer and field insights into engineering roadmaps, product improvements, and reusable migration accelerators.
• Present migration strategies, product vision, and business outcomes to technical and executive audiences.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical delivery or engineering roles.
• 5+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and developing technical teams.
• 3+ years of experience building and delivering enterprise software products involving AI/ML or developer tools.
• Experience with databases, data warehouses, large-scale data systems, cloud platforms, ETL, data platform design, and analytics tools.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, Perl, Bash, data integration tools, and BI platforms, plus strong engagement scoping and presentation skills.
