What you will do

• Define and evolve organizational agile frameworks, standards, and governance models to scale across multiple teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility programs, managing scope, timelines, and executive stakeholder expectations.
• Drive organizational agile maturity by identifying systemic inefficiencies and leading transformation initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between technology and business, ensuring delivery strategy is aligned with organizational priorities.
• Establish and own delivery metrics and reporting frameworks to provide data-driven insights into program health.
• Partner with leadership on the governance and adoption of tooling, specifically ensuring scalable Jira practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Program Manager, or Project Manager with a focus on scaling agile practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools, including workflow administration and project governance.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex subjects to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across competing priorities.
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity environments and familiarity with program governance frameworks.
• Experience leading agile transformation initiatives at an organizational level.
• Relevant certifications such as A-CSM, PSM II/III, SPC, or Six Sigma.
• Experience as a Jira global or project administrator.
