What you will do

• Establish and manage the Delivery Playbook governance structure and cadence.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, managing stakeholders and reporting.
• Manage engagement risks and dependencies to protect project margins and delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary workstreams and coach teams on Agile and engineering excellence.
• Utilize the Delivery Health Check Toolkit to monitor and improve team performance.
• Oversee engagement closure, including deliverables sign-off and IP capture.

Requirements

• Proven track record managing software delivery end-to-end in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and modern engineering practices like CI/CD and DORA metrics.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust with senior leaders.
• Experience in delivery governance, reporting (RAG status), and risk logs.
• Ability to pragmatically adapt processes to the specific context of the engagement.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a hands-on software engineer or technical lead.
• Experience with various engagement models (Time & Materials, OKR-based, squad-based).
• Familiarity with cloud, DevOps, and test-automation domains.
• Experience setting up engagements from scratch.
