What you will do

• Manage delivery health, reporting, and cross-team dependencies across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Mentor Lead Project Managers and delivery teams on engagement practices and servant leadership.
• Select and apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) based on project context.
• Act as a consultative partner and internal advocate for clients to align stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
• Support pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimation, and delivery planning for new engagements.
• Drive process improvement and overall delivery efficiency across the practice.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of consulting or delivery experience.
• 5–7 years of Agile or delivery methodology experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
• Strong expertise in delivery governance and risk management.
• Must be based in the US.
• No work visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Agile or PMP certifications.
• Scaled Agile (SAFe) experience and/or RTE-level certification.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar work-management tools.
• Experience in pre-sales, account support, or managing delivery financials.
