Salary: $132,183–$193,868 per year.

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic Customer Success Plans to align customer objectives with capabilities.
- Monitor customer health using data-driven insights to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Lead adoption leadership initiatives, specifically focusing on the Cryptographic Security Platform (CSP).
- Orchestrate cross-functional action plans across Sales, Product, and Support to remove blockers and restore momentum.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify growth opportunities and ensure renewal readiness.
- Capture and communicate strategic customer feedback to inform product prioritization and development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Consulting within enterprise software/security.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and operational discipline with experience translating goals into success plans.
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Services teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be based in the United States and able to travel up to 10-20% as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity, identity, access management, PKI, or HSMs.
- Familiarity with Gainsight and Salesforce.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
