Salary: $100,000–$110,000 base plus bonus

What you will do

• Design and optimize scalable implementation strategies and engagement models for enterprise rollouts.
• Lead high-touch enterprise deployments, including JavaScript deployment and MarTech integrations.
• Deploy and integrate Agentic AI workflows into the customer's broader MarTech ecosystem.
• Manage executive stakeholders through steering committees and governance frameworks to ensure alignment on milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Provide data-driven reporting on implementation performance and customer adoption trends to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical SaaS delivery experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience building, deploying, or managing agentic AI workflows.
• Proven expertise in enterprise-level project management, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder management.
• Must be located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone (CT or ET).
• Must be based within a ~2-hour drive of Austin, Chicago, or Greater NYC Area.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Jira, or Monday.com.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing technologies (MarTech), call center integrations, and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
• Strong technical background in SaaS integrations, APIs, and web technologies.
