Senior Product Manager / Product Owner (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid, with 2 days per week on-site in Berchem, Belgium

What you will do

• Own a functional scope covering SME-facing functionality, the mobile app, and a new financial accounting module.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap in line with product and business strategy.
• Interview customers, run workshops, and use feedback to identify needs and validate solutions.
• Translate accounting processes into intuitive user experiences, features, and functional specifications.
• Prioritize the product backlog and work with developers in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver releases.
• Define KPIs, monitor post-launch performance, coordinate go-live strategies, and support product adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative product delivery.
• Strong customer-problem-solving, communication, ownership, UX, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, user-friendly solutions.
• Fluent English, Dutch, and French required for client interaction.
• Interest in or experience with accounting and fintech.
