What you will do

• Coordinate and support certification activities across all program phases.
• Track, review, and maintain certification documents and compliance checklists.
• Collaborate with Certification Engineers and Program Management to update status reporting tools.
• Support regulatory meetings by taking notes, submitting briefings, and tracking action items.
• Assist in the development and release of internal certification processes and procedures.
• Manage communications and submissions to the FAA and track regulatory acceptance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business administration.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions.
• High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.

Nice to have

• Experience with FAA certification processes.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Google Workspace, and Sharepoint.
• Experience using AI tools.
