Clinical Operations Associate (AI)

Location: Hybrid in NYC with at least three office days per week, or fully remote within the U.S.

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year, plus equity, health benefits, paid time off, and professional development perks.

What you will do

• Track provider onboarding checklists, training, credentialing milestones, and start dates.
• Follow up on delayed training and escalate risks to provider start dates.
• Maintain accurate provider records in Airtable and related operational systems.
• Identify onboarding bottlenecks and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
• Design and improve operational systems, automations, templates, and handoffs for scale.
• Support communications and projects that improve the provider experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, healthcare administration, or a similar execution-focused role.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Ability to proactively identify blockers, raise issues, and propose solutions.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working with trackers or databases and maintaining accurate data.
• Interest in how AI tools can improve and evolve operational work.

Nice to have

• Experience in telehealth, healthcare operations, or multi-stakeholder onboarding.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, Google Suite, Slack, Metabase, or similar tools.
• Exposure to W-2 and 1099 workforce classification nuances.
