What you will do

• Conduct stormwater inspections and site stabilization assessments.
• Develop and implement Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs).
• Perform stormwater sampling and desktop evaluations.
• Provide on-site training to construction crews regarding compliance.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reporting for environmental projects.
• Cross-train in natural resources, including wetlands and environmental permitting.

Requirements

• Must be local to Santa Rosa, Sacramento, Fresno, San Ramon, or Marysville, CA.
• BS or BA degree in an environmental discipline, science, or engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SWPPP, sampling, and analysis.
• Current QSP Certification required.
• Experience with California SMARTS and familiarity with the California Stormwater Construction General Permit.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice to have

• QSD Certification.
• Experience with Google Earth KMZ.
• Familiarity with the CASQA Construction Handbook.
